Fill in your details to generate the HTML code.
1Open Gmail and click the gear icon → See all settings.
2Go to the General tab and scroll to Signature.
3Click Create new and give your signature a name.
4Click inside the signature editor, then paste with Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac).
5The formatted signature will appear. Click Save Changes.
1Open Outlook and go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
2Click New to create a signature, give it a name.
3Click in the Edit signature text area.
4Paste with Ctrl+V — the formatted signature will render correctly.
5Set it as your default signature and click OK.
1Open Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → Signatures.
2Select your account and click + to create a new signature.
3Uncheck "Always match my default message font" if checked.
4Open TextEdit, paste the HTML into a Rich Text document, copy the rendered text, then paste into the Mail signature editor.
Tip: Use Copy Signature (Preview tab) for formatted paste, or Copy HTML for manual embedding in advanced settings.
